For Sexual Exploitation and Abuse/ Sexual Harassment (SEA/SH) or other types of GBV-related complaints, a local NGO will be identified and partnered with to assist in GBV response including supporting the design of a GBV-sensitive GRM, training, and awareness-raising on GBV for the local communities and, ensure that care seeking behaviors and knowledge of how and where to report GBV cases are known and support survivors to receive appropriate support services (medical/physical-social counseling and legal aid as agreed with the survivor). Taking into consideration the stigmatization, rejection, and reprisal of GBV survivors, the GRM will ensure that there are multiple channels through which complaints can be registered in a safe and confidential way. The information in the GRM relating to the complainant's identity will be handled confidentially.
